Delivery Policy

We deliver to the following areas:-

England, Wales, Scotland (incl. islands), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Sicily, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece (incl. islands), Italy, Iceland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, and USA.   • Delivery is £9.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery on UK Orders and £30.00 for Courier Service to the rest of the EU. Prices for delivery to the RoW can be given at the time of ordering
  • Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully insured for UK orders and by courier for EU and RoW orders
  • Once dispatched, it is a guaranteed next day service Monday to Saturday (except when being delivered to a work address) for the UK; dependent on your local Royal Mail service. Please note Bank Holidays may slightly disrupt this service. European deliveries are on an upto three day service, and the RoW upto ten working days.
  • There are no deliveries made on a Sunday.
  • Once an order has left our office an automated email can be sent to you with the courier tracking information. You can then trace your package via a link to the courier’s website
  • A signature will be required for all dispatches.
  • We will dispatch to your work address only as a second option. For this request a company headed fax must be received with full company information including VAT Registration, Company Registration number and landline phone number of the office to which you require delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to a work address should the information you provide not satisfy our request.
  • The Delivery information provided on the website (detailed below) is for information purposes, these are approximate timescales based upon recent performance of product lines

Next Day Delivery (for items in stock)

These items will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3:00pm and you will receive it the next day before 1pm. This guarantee is subject to the Royal Special Delivery exceptions which can be viewed at http://www.royalmail.com

Estimated 30 Day Delivery

These items are readily available, yet need to come in from our sources and are usually deliverable within 30 working days of receiving your order. Although not expected there may be additional delays. We will let you know once you place your order if we anticipate additional delays.

Waiting List Delivery

Due to huge demand, certain watches have a waiting list. Generally you can wait upto 45 days, yet we will let you know once you place your order if there will be additional delays.

Before 9:30am Delivery

This is an option for all deliveries once in stock instead of being delivered by 1pm on the next working day it will arrive before 9:30am. The cost for this option is £20 per item. Please note choosing this option will not speed up delivery beyond the current estimated delivery date; it purely means it will be delivered by the “Royal Mail Special Delivery 9:30am service” instead of the “Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm service”. This guarantee is subject to the Royal Special Delivery exceptions which can be viewed at http://www.royalmail.com

We also offer delivery to all military personnel using BFPO addresses throughout the world.
